If you feel that you are in a crisis and need to talk to someone immediately at night, during the weekend, or during a holiday, and we are not immediately available, call <strong>988<\/strong> or Canyon View Hospital at 208-814-1000.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What To Do In A Crisis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Make sure your immediate surroundings are safe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Use any skills or strategies you know to reduce the intensity of the feeling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">(<strong>Such as breathing, visualization, meditation, muscle relaxation, or exercise.)&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Contact anyone you know who can talk to you and get your mind off the problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Contact anyone you trust to help you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Contact professionals for help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">(<strong>Such as our agency or 988<\/strong>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When you or someone you know lives with a mental health condition, your body and mind can make you feel like you are in a crisis situation.
