For families with teenagers who have serious behavioral issues and want a helpful and structured way to improve their family life.
Parenting with Love and Limits® (PLL) is designed to help families with teenagers (ages 10-18) who are dealing with serious emotional and behavior problems, like conduct disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, and ADHD. The program focuses on helping parents take charge again and rebuild loving relationships by setting clear rules.
SIX week course
Group Therapy: Each session includes 6-8 families and is led by a PLL Coach and a co-facilitator.
- Part One: Parents and teens learn together about handling behavior problems.
- Part Two: Parents and teens split into separate groups to talk about their worries and find solutions.
One-on-One Family Therapy: Families also meet individually with a trained therapist for extra support.
Help families improve communication and restore parental authority.
Give parents tools to handle difficult behaviors.
Build loving and supportive family relationships.
Overall, PLL aims to empower families, improve parenting skills, and create positive relationships through teamwork and support.
